BlackLight, is an American Hip Hop artist, audio engineer and producer. He recently appeared on season 6 of award winning Netflix series, Queer Eye and released his third studio album. Before that, he performed at the OnePlus Music Festival in Mumbai, India as a special guest, opening for Dua Lipa and Katy Perry. Further accomplishments include featuring in a commercial and music video for OnePlus, and a highlight in EASTside Magazine.
BlackLight describes his sounds as primarily "anthem" music, but also explores personal realities of love, fatherhood, and even socio-political themes as necessary. His latest project, "GM," reiterates in a refreshing take, his ongoing message - "Make a way for yourself, and don't let anyone slow down your hustle."
